"With its powerful diesel-electric engine, the Peugeot 3008 Hybrid 4 is fun to drive and very fuel efficient."

The Peugeot 3008 Hybrid 4 is a family-sized MPV, the five seats and an advanced diesel provides electric motor. Power is supplied to all four wheels, and drive easy to make, there is a six-speed automatic transmission. The hybrid 4 may be either a mixture of diesel and electric power or operated (at high speed) diesel power supply. It also offers an all-electric mode, so some short trips without even stopping the engine are made.
Although the hybrid 4 looks identical to the standard 3008, the two cars are very different under the metal. In addition to faster, the diesel-electric hybrid engine 4 is more fuel efficient, more comfortable and more expensive. To make room for the hybrid system batteries, it also has a slightly smaller boat, and the suspension is always a little harder to deal with the additional weight of the hybrid components.

MPG, Rates & CO2 runs
-
purchasing costs offset slightly by lower operating costs
It is expensive to buy, but the 3008 hybrid 4 enjoys the lowest operating costs in its class a lot. If you plump for the entry model with 99 g / km emissions, you are free to qualify road tax. The fuel economy of about 55mpg and low company car tax rates make the hybrid 3008 is to run comparatively cheap. However, diesel rivals come fairly close to these numbers and less expensive to buy in the first place.

motors, drive & Performance
-
coasting with the engine through the traffic is as relaxing as city traffic
is, the 3008 hybrid 4 is impressive in its most when shut down by the city with the motor coasting and the battery does all the work. If as it is driven, it is not only extremely powerful, but also very relaxing. Under normal circumstances, the diesel engine drives the front wheels, while the electric motor drives the rear tire. In slippery conditions, driving all four wheels at once to improve traction.
steering light is exactly yet, and the car accelerates very quickly when you press the accelerator prod. The brakes are powerful, too, but there is no doubt that the 3008 hybrid heavy battery pack gets on curvy roads felt, where the car responds more slowly than the standard model.
-
Interior & Comfort
-
The spacious interior is well
equippedof 3008 is a rigorous five ~~ POS = TRUNC, but it's spacious inside and adults comfortably can ride together in the front and rear seats. But it is the silence of the cabin that impresses the most. The hybrid system switches to electric mode whenever they can, and if it does, the near-silent progress comes as a sharp contrast to the clatter of the diesel engine.
The change is very smooth, and although the Peugeot automatic is not held in very high esteem by our testers, its performance is greatly improved by the hybrid system in this car. How to switch gear, increases the electric motor power to keep the car smoothly accelerating, rather than jerking forward.
-
practicality & trunk
-
of interior offers plenty of storage space and the boot is spacious, well
of 3008 hybrid is an impressive practical family car. The cabin is spacious, while the split tailgate is useful if you are loading heavy or bulky objects in the trunk. There are plenty of storage spaces in the cabin, and although the glove box on the small side, it's easy to reach. Best of all, fold the rear seats flat to the car can be implemented quickly to ensure the family transport to spacious van. The maximum load capacity is a huge 1,501 liters.
-
reliability and safety
-
reliability the hybrid engine are as a proven yet
Peugeot says the batteries, which mounted its new hybrid engine power of at least 15 years, while the diesel engine will last longer on a conventional car since it will run less. However, since the Peugeot system is brand new, its reliability is unproven.
-
price, price-performance ratio and options
-
They are handsomely paid a hybrid technology pioneer to be
hybrid engines are complex and therefore expensive, and the cost of the list price batteries ramps up even more. Peugeot's at least try to ensure that the 3008 is a good price-performance ratio, offers satellite navigation, partial leather seats and air conditioning.
