"The new Volkswagen Tiguan is a practical SUV that offers a refined Nissan Qashqai owners wannabe."

The Volkswagen Tiguan is now to establish VW also in the second generation, the first version of a lot to do as a manufacturer of compact SUVs. For the current generation, the design concept was developed to recognize what has changed in the SUV market. Buyers are now higher demands on comfort and space as well as style and perceived image.

As we current of VW, this would generation builds on the strengths of the original expected, while the buyer a lot of what they want today. It is as a family car as Nissan Qashqai useful but it does have a similar exalted status to the BMW X1. It is this complexity appeal that the Tiguan VW's third best-selling car, has made behind the Volkswagen Golf and Volkswagen Polo.
There are a wide range of engines to choose from, from the small 1.4-liter TSI gasoline in the less expensive models on the 2.0-liter TSI petrol and 2.0-liter TDI diesel. The 1.4-liter petrol, with either 123 or 148bhp, is also used in the Gulf, and is cheaper and somewhat more economical than the larger engines. This is particularly the 148bhp version, the active-cylinder technology which parts switches off the engine when the full power to save fuel is not required.
All are of the diesel 2.0-liter engines, which offer a wide range of services. The range starts from with 113bhp, to 148, 187 and 236bhp up. This 2.0-liter diesel is likley about 95% of the total Tiguan make sales in the United Kingdom.

You can have your Tiguan with either with two or four wheel drive to its rugged appearance and high ride height to be adjusted. In addition to the six-speed manual transmission, a DSG automatic is available, and any combination of gear and driven wheels is possible, although the 2.0-liter petrols are available only with all-wheel drive.
There are a dizzying array of trim levels, even in the entry-level S through SE and SEL, and the sporty, top model R-Line. In line with current corporate VW design language, all models in the compact, sleek headlamps have first seen on the latest Passat, with integrated LED daytime running lights on higher-spec models.
