It shares the same platform, engines and interiors of the hatchback, but with a salon-style boat and the look of a sleek coupe - it is essentially a smaller version of the Mercedes CLS sedan. Still, it is a decent car on the highway for cruising and all engines are powerful enough for overtaking and to make rapid progress.

"take the eyes out of the equation and there are better choices for the money. a BMW 320d car on the same as a CLA costs 220 CDI, is still more fun to drive, driving more comfortable and has a classier cabin. Cheaper versions of the CLA might make more sense if. "
