"The Maserati GranTurismo is much more stylish than any German competitors."
The Maserati GranTurismo is one of the best looking cars on sale today thanks to its low position, grille gaping, bulging wheel arches and stepped-up tail. It is built to look great, though - the Gran Turismo is an excellent companion remote, if you can afford the fuel bills, with a powerful engine and spacious rear seats. It competes with cars like the Jaguar F-Type, BMW 6 Series and Porsche 911.
There are only two engines to choose from: a 4.2-liter V8 and a 4.7-liter V8. But no matter who you go for, the Maserati is very fast, to do with even less powerful model in just 5.2 seconds 0-62mph. Select
buyers of three models. The Gran Turismo is the entry-level car and gets the smaller of the two engines, while the GranTurismo Sport gets the larger 4.7-liter V8. The GranTurismo MC Stradale is the stripped-out racer the range and the fastest model of all.

MPG, Rates & CO2 runs
-
Gran Turismo drinking a fuel tank every 370 miles
the 4.2-liter engine the most efficient in the region, but in connection with the V8 sports car that doesn ' t mean much. Officially it should return 19.8mpg, while CO2 emissions means of 330g / km road tax every year costs 505 £. The larger engine delivers up to 18.2mpg and its CO2 emissions are also in the top £ 505-a-year band. All Maserati Gran Turismos are also extremely expensive to insure.

the MC Stradale model is the fastest
fastest of all Maserati Gran Turismos is the MC Stradale, which is a significant 110kg lighter than the rest of the range thanks to carbon fiber seats, hi- tech wheels and brakes and other weight-saving measures. This weight loss means that the Stradale from 0-62mph in just 4.5 seconds and receive the focused car in the field, but it is less comfortable as a result.
The MC is also the most fun-to drive model thanks to its stiffer suspension that cuts slim body in corners. There is also a quick-shifting transmission which can feel the car even faster, while the powerful ceramic brakes always work safely stop feeling up.
The entry model is easier to use every day and still fast, a 0-62mph time of 5.2 seconds, while the Sport model from 0-62mph gets 4.7 seconds and has a button to make the exhaust gas even louder. The sport can be specified with an automatic transmission, but its changes are a little clunky, so we would not recommend it.

Interior & Comfort
-
Skyhook adaptive dampers are worth having
rise within the Maserati and you will expect from a £ 80,000 sports car would be welcomed by the kind of luxurious interior, with a lot of high-quality leather at the fair. We would recommend the optional Skyhook adaptive suspension have decided that the Maserati also allows a comfortable ride to offer as an excellent high-speed cornering.
The Stradale model has to save less deadening weight, but it means the car in to get bit noisy on long journeys, and we would recommend give it a thorough test drive, in order to decide whether it is right for They.
-
practicality & trunk
-
Spacious rear seats easily accommodate adults
you would not expect the Gran Turismo to be the most practical model ever built, but its rear seats are larger than most sports cars'. Although the dashboard to see stylish, it lacks the clear layout cars like the Mercedes SL or Porsche 911. The 260-liter boot is also quite small, considering the Mercedes has a total capacity of 504 liters of luggage consider.

The Gran Turismo is well done
the Maserati GranTurismo was to have too much of a niche in our driver power 2014 owner satsifaction survey, although we have heard from some major problems. With expensive sports cars like the Maserati, it's worth it in the maintenance to keep - a fully stamped service book add much value to the car if you sell it, come
The Maserati rarity means it. has not been tested by Euro NCAP crash test, but it has received six airbags, traction control, electronic stability control and hugely powerful brakes that give it excellent braking performance.

All models are well equipped, but expensive
Maserati has more cabin space than most cars of its kind, which makes it an interesting alternative to more mainstream models from Mercedes and BMW. Standard equipment is good and the Gran Turismo comes as standard with air conditioning, cruise control, navigation system, a Bluetooth phone connection and leather seats. Optional extras include a metallic finish and larger wheels, but they are very expensive, and it is easy to thousands, to add the price of the car, if you're not careful.
