"The Renault Scenic begins to feel his age, but it still offers good value and practicality for families."

The current version of the Renault Scenic in seven years there right now and despite a mid-life facelift in 2013, it begins dated next to people carriers to feel rivals. While it is well priced and pretty handy are the Citroen C4 Picasso, Ford C-MAX and the Volkswagen Golf SV more modern and efficient MPVs that are likely to retain more of their value, when it is time to sell or trade.
to give the Renault Scenic its due, but the interior still spacious and versatile, with three Isofix child seat fastenings at the rear, along with individually folding and sliding seats. The seats are all mounted higher than a conventional gasoline engine, which means that you and your passengers to get all a good view.
Renault Scenic offers two petrol and two diesel engines. The gasolines are both 1.2-liter, producing 113 and 128bhp. Both manage 45.6mpg fuel consumption and emissions of 140 g / km CO2, which means they cost £ 130 in road tax per year.

If you have more than 12,000 miles per year or are a company-motorist coverage, one of the diesels you could fit better. The 1.5-liter has 108bhp and returns 68.9mpg, while it is only 19% benefit-in-kind (BiK) tax and £ 20 per year road tax charge due to its low 105 g / km CO2 emissions. We recommend the 1.6-liter diesel, but: its 64.2mpg and 114g / km CO2 (for a £ 30 road tax bill) means that it is still economically, but the extra power available makes it easier to with life, especially on motorways
The Scenic available in two trim levels: Dynamique Nav and Limited-Nav. All Scenics come as with Navi, LED running lights and keyless entry and dual-zone climate control, tables for rear passengers, behind curtains and cruise control standard. The high-specification Limited Nav also has rear parking sensors, power-folding mirrors and a panoramic sunroof.
With respect to the reliability of the Scenic reasonably fared (if not exceptional) in our 2015 Driver Power customer satisfaction survey, 78th come from 0 cars, while showing Renault seventh place of 32 carmakers ranking a strong improvement reliability.
Although it to be quite an old car, the Scenic should be quite safe. While only tested Euro NCAP the larger Renault Scenic in 09 that received the full five stars at the time. The standard Scenic has a good list of safety equipment, including electronic stability control, anti-lock brakes and a plurality of airbags.
