Peugeot 108 hatchback ->

"The Peugeot 108 is a popular, good-looking and economical city car. Some competitors are better to drive, but the Peugeot blend of style and price performance ratio speak clearly. "

Peugeot 108 hatchback

As with the Peugeot 107 it replaces, the Peugeot 108 is a city car which shares its underpinnings and engines with similar models of Toyota and Citroen. The 108 is available with three or five doors, and an optional folding fabric roof. The 108 is a convincing alternative to competitors such as the Renault Twingo, SEAT Mii, Skoda Citigo, Volkswagen up! and Hyundai i10.

The Citroen C1 and Toyota Aygo are essentially the same car as the Peugeot 108 If you are in the market for one of them, then your choice should be primarily driven by the brand styling like the most, as mechanically, the cars are almost identical - although offering of Toyota with only one engine, while Peugeot and Citroen two engine variants. Prices and standard equipment also vary slightly between the three cars.

the Peugeot 108 is just a choice of two gasoline engines available, but they are both efficient and the car fit well - run since 108 owners primarily their cars in the city, where diesel engines make less sense. The 1.0-liter produces 68bhp and manages 69mpg economy, while the 1.2-liter has 81bhp and return to 67mpg. Both engines are road tax-free, thanks to its low CO2 emissions.

We recommend the 1.2-liter engine, such as the 108 is a city car, the 1.0-liter makes it hard to go work the highway. The extra power of the 1.2-liter makes longer journeys far more palatable and it feels lively in the city also.

While it is possible, four adults to fit in the 108, your rear passengers are unlikely to thank for the experience, even if the rear seats for children should be fine. The boot 108 is not huge, but it has a relatively good access thanks to its low load lip

The Peugeot 108 is available in five trim levels. Access, Active, Allure, Feline and Roland Garros - although some of them are in 'Top' specification available that adds a folding fabric roof. We believe that the best 108 of the 1.2-liter in order is Active. This includes air conditioning, steering wheel stereo controls and a seven-inch touchscreen infotainment system.

is a safe car for its size, the Peugeot 108th The four out of five score Award Euro NCAP crash test is comparable to competitors, during an electronic stability program, six airbags and antilock brakes are standard across the range.

Peugeot 108 owners rate their cars high: in our 2015 Driver Power customer satisfaction survey, it was possible to finish an impressive 18th from 0 cars, special costing reliability and running praise elicit

While the 108 is not as much fun. drive like some competitors, it is perfectly pleasant and knowledgeable, and its light steering provides parking and maneuvering in the city is easy. The Volkswagen up! and Hyundai i10 are more fun to drive, but both cost about £ 0 more than the Peugeot.

" We still reviewing Skoda Citigo and Hyundai i10 for their outstanding refinement and general adult sense, but the 108 is certainly a great candidate. As for the Toyota-Peugeot-Citroen choice, it's really in it much. Go for whichever you like the look of most. "
