based on the standard five-door i20, the new i20 Coupe is based, but its sporty styling and three ~~ POS = TRUNC bodies are designed to appeal to a younger audience.
You can choose 83bhp 1.2-liter petrol and 99bhp or 118bhp 1.0-liter turbocharged gasoline between. The 1.0T is the choice for a more sporty driving experience, but there's no diesel option if you want to lower operating costs.
While the performance is far from sporty, the engines are more than adequate in the city. The suspension tuning makes the i20 comfortable and the interior is beautifully designed and constructed. The car comes with plenty of standard features and is very reasonably priced.
There are certainly cars the size of the i20 Coupe, the more fun to drive, such as the Ford Fiesta, and those who are more sophisticated, such as the new Volkswagen Polo, but if good looks combined with a low initial price and low operating costs are your priorities, then the i20 Coupe is seriously worth considering.
We recommend the higher powered 1.0T in SE trim. It is much more alive than the sluggish 1.2 while SE trim comes with all appliances, most buyers of cars as they need and expect.

Both petrol engines with the speed rather can be noisy, and this is fairly common because you must use full turns to make the most of the i20 power in both engines. They are also quite slow when you start driving, and high-speed refinement is not as good as some competitors, thanks to plenty of tire noise.
Although the i20 Coupe is not particularly fast, it is comfortable thanks to a suspension setup that feels in the city and surprisingly good smooth on the highway. Fortunately, this does not automatically lead to the car around the corner either roll as the body is slim minimal. The steering feels just like that during the i20 not particularly fun or sporty, there is no way to go bad.

Quality the interior is well and the suspension makes the i20 Coupe comfortable

You can optionally choose Dashboard, blinking orange in the cab adds a little liveliness book and the dials are simple and easy to read, but everywhere else the i20 feels a little plain and boring.
You can also use a touch-screen navigation for 675 £ Add that gives the interior a but of a more modern feel, and it is the same system found elsewhere in the Hyundai range, so to use it, is relatively simple.
The cabin is well insulated so that the car does not get too noisy at higher speeds. One problem for the passengers in the back is that although legroom is generally fine, the roofline is lower than in the standard five-door i20, so more people will find room a little limited, and the small rear windows contribute to a slight feeling of claustrophobia.

Hyundai i20 Coupe actually has a larger boat than the five ~~ POS = TRUNC, but because the coupe a space-saver spare wheel has as standard, reducing its 336-liter boot capacity to 311 liters. In the front there is a cubbyhole in the armrest between the seats (if any), a tray in front of the gearlever and well-sized door bins and the glovebox will fit a large bottle of water easily. There are also two ISOFIX rear child seat, although access to the rear is a bit difficult because the roof is low and the car has a fairly low headroom anyway.
