"The Peugeot 308 SW is an impressive practical and economical family-owned, with more efficient engines and a bigger boat than most of its competitors."

Peugeot 308 SW estate is based on the 308 sedan, and while it is only about a foot longer than the standard car has Peugeot managed a bigger boat than some stalls from the class including on the Audi A6 and BMW 5 Series Touring, give. Despite these impressive wearing credentials, the 308 SW true rival other family assets such as the Hyundai i30 Tourer and Cee Kia Sports and old favorites like the Ford Focus Estate, VW Golf Variant and Skoda Octavia Estate.
of these cars can not beat the 308 SW for the final load, and we think that it looks better than much of the competition. Peugeot has made the latest 308 SW much easier than the previous one, and part of the payoff improvements to fuel economy and emissions, further supported by a number of efficient motors, ie, the 308 SW will cost no more than £ 30 per year in road tax. The combination of elegant appearance, high functionality and high efficiency means that we in 2015

the most economical engine in the region of 118bhp 1.6-liter diesel 0 BlueHDi walking with start-stop technology. There is an impressive 88.3mpg and is exempt from vehicle tax thanks to its low CO2 emissions. During a 0-62mph time of 12.1 seconds no quick means the Peugeot handling is a cruise comfortably rather than thrills for the driver, and this car's engine fits character. There is also a 99bhp version of the 1.6-liter diesel fuel, and a 1.2-liter diesel 91bhp, although both of these motors are slower and less efficient. The 2.0-liter diesel engine Peugeot has with 148bhp or 177bhp, but this applies to the 308 SW quite expensive, with the 177bhp GT model worth over £ 27,000.
If you do enough miles annually to justify a diesel, there is a 1.2-liter gasoline engine with either 108 or 128bhp. Both return 60.1mpg, while the less powerful version of the car tax exempt, and the 130bhp model will only cost £ 20 per year tax -. No small feat for a gasoline-powered estate
Inside the 308 SW has a good looking dashboard, with plenty of soft-touch plastic - although hunt around and you can find some materials that feel quality is less. It's a big step up from previous Peugeot interior though, even if the touch screen display is slow to respond - something more frustrating access by the fact that you have to use it to control the heating and air conditioning. The small steering wheel is also likely to divide opinion, has as Peugeot designed it looked about to be, rather than when the dials see. Most drivers will have no problem, but if you are bigger or smaller than average, you can find it your natural view of the teachings Disabled.

Peugeot offers 308 SW in four trim levels, starting with access and exit via Active, Allure and GT Line. The 177bhp 2.0-liter diesel GT model gets its own unique trim, simply called GT. Entry-level Access models are well equipped, comes with air conditioning, electric front windows, cruise control and a DAB radio, although we recommend the active model, as this is consistent with a wider range of engines available, and also includes alloy wheels of Peugeot 308 SW shares many of its components with the 308 hatchback, the rear parking sensors (useful in an estate), Navi and automatic headlights and windscreen wipers.
in terms of reliability, 60 came from 150 cars in our 2015 Driver Power customer satisfaction survey, with a 62nd place for reliability. While this is by no means represents an astonishing result, Peugeot has made great improvements in the reliability of its cars lately, and the 308 SW is likely to prove relatively reliable. There should also be a very safe car, witnessed some of the five-star rating from Euro NCAP hatchback.
