"The Renault Grand Scenic is an affordable people carrier and it is good to drive, but it is not as practical as most of its competitors."

the Renault Grand Scenic people carrier is only 22cm longer than the standard five ~~ POS = TRUNC Renault Scenic, but that's still enough to fit in two extra seats that come up from the boot floor. Both cars are in the third generation of the Scenic model, which was initiated in 09 and dramatically improved design over the dowdy predecessor. It had facelifts both in 2012 and 2013; in the latter, the front end and the dashboard has been updated and added Renault efficient engines to track.
Like most seven-seater Grand Scenic offers three separate second row of seats that each recline and slide, you can adjust the relative amounts of the boot and footwell. The boot is huge convoluted with the third row of seats and there are plenty of clever storage areas throughout the cabin. The third row seats are pretty tight, though, so if you have to carry seven adults, a Ford Galaxy Seat Alhambra or look instead.

the practicality of the Grand Scenic is lagging behind similar like the Citroen C4 Picasso and Ford S-SMAX, so you do size rivals attractive in other areas is its value for money. Select the 1.5-liter diesel engine for the lowest operating costs, since it almost 70mpg back and is fast enough to in everyday life. The 1.6-liter is significantly faster and still is 64.3mpg, but it is quite a bit more expensive to buy.
Dynamique TomTom is the cheaper of the two trim levels, but has everything you could want, including Navi Bluetooth phone connectivity, rear parking sensors, cruise control and automatic lights. For an extra £ 500, Limited adds a panoramic sunroof, roof rails and rear parking sensors as standard, but to have fewer options to choose from this version.
The Grand Scenic has much to crow when it comes to safety, a full five-star rating from Euro NCAP including, contains a 99% score for its active safety features.
