Vauxhall Meriva MPV ->

"The Vauxhall Meriva is to increase practicality a compact MPV with design innovative door. It is spacious and with high quality as well."

Vauxhall Meriva MPV

the Vauxhall Meriva is a compact people carrier, shares mechanical components with the Opel Corsa hatchback, tilting against rivals like the Ford B-MAX and Nissan Note. Together with the B-MAX are the Meriva hinged side doors at the back, like a Rolls-Royce. The advantage of this is to facilitate access to the rear of the car, and make it easier child seats in and maneuver from.

practicality a high priority within the Meriva with Vauxhall was given FlexSpace rear seats, fold individually or allow foil more space in the boot or foot space, to meet the different requirements of daily service.

The dashboard is well built, solid sense of impression easy to be able to touch with and give to cope with family life. Even the entry-life model has a lot of standard equipment. With the Club, Tech Line and SE models offer additional functionality and styling features when you need them

Life air conditioning is to prevent inmates always hot and bothered, Cruise Control, to add long motorway journeys more relaxed, and alloy wheels add a touch of style outside. Club lets the light alloy wheels, but offers more interior versatility and a Protection Pack with additional airbags and a system to warn you when the rear seat belts are not in use -. Calming features for parents

The athletic -looking Tech Line has larger, 17-inch alloy wheels and front and rear parking sensors, heated front seats and a heated steering wheel. The most luxurious SE trim also Vauxhall OnStar concierge service includes and equipped with a panoramic sunroof. It also benefits from storage compartments in the interior.

Three gasoline engines can be chosen, are all 1.4-liter capacity and 99, 118 and 138bhp respectively offer. Our favorite is the mid-range 118bhp engine. It is quiet, smooth and has a lot of strength for safe overtaking, while economically for gasoline to be at 47.9mpg - though CO2 emissions set of 139 grams per kilometer in the a-year 0 road tax bracket £. It also offers the option of an automatic transmission at extra cost, it is the only Meriva engine to make this option. The least expensive life model is only with the 99bhp petrol engine available, but.

Vauxhall has been simplified recently the Meriva diesel line-up. There is now only a 1.6-liter CDTI engine with 134bhp, up available on all models of Club. It promises 64.2mpg fuel consumption, while its 116g / km CO2 figure means you will this £ 20, so that pay per year in road tax a reasonable choice if you cover more than 12,000 miles per year. Lower driver can be swayed to the gasoline vehicles due to their lower cost.

Whichever Meriva you choose is bound to make a pleasant family workhorse. Ours is only the car's performance in our annual Driver Power customer satisfaction survey: in 2016 she ended tested a low of 150 145 cars, with the owners reliability as a common concern, citing.

There is much to admire about the Vauxhall Meriva - its engine range is strong and has an excellent 1.4-liter turbocharged gasoline engine that is smooth, powerful and economical solution. The Insignia-inspired interior is one of the best in class, while the car rides and almost as good as the Ford Focus drives. But it is the unique door arrangement and versatile seating that outstanding. The doors are hinged on opposite edges, that is, they open at almost 0 degrees and allows you uninterrupted access to the front and rear seats at the same time.
2 / 5
not a class leader, by all means. But if you get a large enough discount - and just need to carry four people - the Vauxhall Meriva has some clever tricks.
3.5 / 5
in motion the Meriva is easy to drive, helped by directing light and an excellent view, so it is ideal in the cities. The interior is too impressive, borrowed with an easy-to-use layout and good quality of the materials from the Astra and Insignia.
4 / 5
If you are looking for a small MPV, the Meriva is worth considering. The quirky FlexDoors are a user-friendly feature and it has a spacious interior with good rear passenger compartment. Rather strange for a family car it feels like an MPV driver, with a handling baised equilibrium towards the sporting side. If you are in comfort after the last word, you can also look elsewhere.
