"Comfortable, smooth and well-equipped, is the hybrid-engined Lexus RX 450h a top luxury 4x4 that is moreover reliable. It is quite expensive though. "

The 450h Lexus RX majors on comfort and quality, a smooth ride and offer many standard equipment. The hybrid system uses a 3.5-liter gasoline V6 engine and a pair of electric motors. This means that it is both a lot of power and excellent fuel economy, emissions and operating costs.
across the entire spectrum, the interior luxury, with plenty of room for five adults, many practical storage compartments and ample space for luggage. The latest facelift has added a sportier F Sport specification, which the Audi Q7 S line Lexus' answer is plus 3.0-liter TDI quattro.
The RX 450h is quite expensive, though, picking up something the low cost of ownership, and its resale value are not very strong, either.

-
impressive, but hardly economically
Claimed the running costs for a car the size of the RX 450h are impressive. Lexus expects that it will return 44.8mpg on average, which is better than any diesel or petrol BMW X5, Audi Q7, Land Rover Discovery 4 or VW Touareg. The emissions of 148g / km is to keep your annual road tax bill low, but the insurance group of 40-41 is quite high.

The combination produces 295bhp, which gets the Lexus from 0-62mph in 7.8 seconds - impressive for such a large 4x4. It is fast in a straight line, but competitors such as the Volkswagen Touareg and Land Rover Discovery 4 have a more specific and weighty steering.

Interior & Comfort
-
Well isolated, but a little firm
When driving in the city at low speeds, then Lexus RX 450h is used for completely silent progress only electrical energy. It has a range of 1.6 miles in this mode, and it does not make much noise when the engine starts, either, as the interior is well insulated.
If you put your foot down, it gets louder, though. The suspension feels a little too hard, especially on the F-Sport model, but also the lower spec versions are a bit hard, if the road is bumpy. This makes the Lexus a lot of work on highways as it unsettled about getting bumps, instead of enjoying it.
-
practicality & trunk
-
, the spacious and comfortable
of RX 450h seems to have solved the common hybrid problem of eating in the trunk battery. The Lexus' rear battery is mounted under the boot floor, so there is no intrusion into the luggage compartment, which can hold 446 liters.
The rear seats fold in 40:20:40 configuration, which increases the flexibility of the car and increases space at 825 liters. You also slide back and forth to maximize leg room or luggage space if needed. The F-Sport and Premier models come standard with an automatically opening tailgate makes the stress more easily. Interior storage areas are abundant and the front armrest has a few Cubby holes inside, and there is a massive area under the center console.

reliability and safety
-
One the best for reliability

Lexus does not offer many options, instead trying to get you, for more kit to upgrade to the next trim level. But that is good for resale, as is generally cars with many extras not hold their value as well as desirable high-spec models.
